Frequently asked

What counts as a prompt?: One prompt = one change request that touches your site. Replies inside the same conversation thread (the orchestrator asking you to clarify, you confirming) don't count. Undo never counts.
What happens if I go over my prompt limit?: We'll warn you in-app at 80% and again at 100%. Past 100% on a monthly plan, extra prompts are $0.50 each up to 2× your plan; beyond that they're hard-capped to avoid surprise bills. Annual plans don't have overages — they pause until next cycle.
Can I change plans?: Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Do I own my site?: Yes. Your content lives in plain JSON files; you can export it any time. Custom domains (Pro+) point at our CDN via a CNAME you control.
What if I cancel?: Your site stays live until the end of the billing period. After that we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then it's deleted.
Do I have to sign a contract?: No. Monthly plans renew month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. Annual plans bill once a year for a lower effective rate.
